AYURVEDIC MASSAGE

The word Ayurveda comes from Sanskrit and means the “science” or “wisdom” of life. It’s an ancient Indian philosophy based on a deep knowledge and understanding of all that regards man’s mind, body and spirit. Ayurveda covers both medicine science and philosophic doctrines, and other disciplines such as psychology and the science of spirit, in which the universe and all its single elements are a unified reality.
