Personal Trainers

What are Personal Trainers really? What do they do differently from other instructors? How do they work? To work with a PT means to plan personalized physical activities and deal with a specialized and professional figure that can provide an all-round training programme which will perfectly suit each client’s characteristics and requirements.

IPTs, in fact, plan the cardiovascular activities through specific tests; choose the toning exercises which are more suitable to each person’s morphological features, and the stretching exercises not only according to the previously arranged goals but also to daily tensions. They also give a periodicity to the training and check its effectiveness; modify the exercises according to the results achieved; continually check the relation between fat and lean body mass. Moreover, they can give advice on the correct basic diet and a special one for that specific training, and yet without trespassing into the medical profession.
Training with a Personal Trainer means to be meticulously supervised and periodically checked, thus avoiding unpleasant wastes of time and achieving the hoped-for results sooner than expected.

To plan an all-round personalized physical activity on each client’s characteristics is the key to success for a guaranteed result.
